Maher is a co-founder and Partner at WBV. Previously, he was Managing Director at Olayan Group and at Shuaa Capital, where he led PE and VC investments across MENA, India and Turkey. Earlier, he was a Senior Associate at Booz & Co. He holds an MBA from the Lebanese American University and a Masters in Finance from London Business School.

Omar is a co-founder and Partner at WBV. He is also CEO of Keyper, a WBV portfolio company. Before joining WBV, Omar held director positions at Guggenheim Partners and Goldman Sachs in the Middle East, as well as 18 years of experience working with other top-tier banks. He holds an MBA from Canisius College.

He is a serial entrepreneur, with successful exits in the technology and telecoms sector, as well as being the co-founder & CEO Lyve Global, a leading SaaS platform empowering businesses to digitize their customers’ journey. He holds a Masters in Information Network and Computer Security from NYIT.

Previously, Ahmed was the vice president technical services in one of the largest retail groups in Saudi Arabia, Shaker Group. He is also an active member of the ICC.
